Oxfordshire business park owners Jennings have a new Managing Director. Paul Mabbutt steps up from his role as Director to become MD. He takes over from Mike Jennings who is to become the company’s Chairman.
In his new role Paul heads a ten-strong team that runs the Jennings family of business parks and centres. That includes the flagship Monument Park at Chalgrove which has just celebrated its 30th anniversary as a business park. The Jennings portfolio also includes Hampden House serviced office centre, the business park at The Boundary, Garsington, the three Jennings Business Centres in Oxford, Abingdon and Didcot it took on from TBAC, industrial and warehouse units in Berinsfield, and retail and office units in Thame. Overall Jennings have 130 tenants employing more than 600 people between them.
Paul says: “With Monument Park celebrating its 30th anniversary, Hampden House marking ten years as a service office centre, and Jennings taking on the three TBAC business centres it’s a busy time for our company. I’m very excited to be working with the Jennings team to build on the strengths of our business and help our tenants develop and grow theirs.”
Mike Jennings said: “Paul has done great work as a Director with Jennings and we’re delighted he’s agreed to step up to the MD’s role. The business continues to grow and develop from a strong position and with Paul’s leadership skills, ideas and enthusiasm we’re very optimistic as we head into the next 30 years!”
