This category is open to any organisation, irrespective of size or industry sector. The judges will be looking for businesses who can demonstrate that they:

• have considered the needs of employees, customers/clients, suppliers, and the local community
• are aware of their long term impact on people, resources and the environment
• have adopted an ethical and values based approach to running the organisation
• have a commitment to the local community and to positive CSR practices
