£50k milestone for bulk buying scheme that’s good for the environment

Eco-friendly building attracts new eco tenant

We’re delighted to welcome another new tenant to our Greenacres Courtyard site - InkTec Systems Ltd. InkTec decided to move to Greenacres Courtyard, on Monument Park, because of its environmental credentials – being involved in the remanufacture and refilling of printer cartridges means recycling and renewable products are high on their agenda.

The Jennings team expands

Last month we welcomed Ollie Emmerson, as our Maintenance Assistant,  to the expanding Jennings team.  During 2010 we aim to maintain the upkeep of the park to a higher standard - which Ollie will take on as one of his main responsibilities; along with regular litter picking and general grounds maintenance.
