Moving in
Our lease agreements are the shortest and easiest to understand in the business. This means that contracts can be agreed and signed in a single meeting.
Moving out
If our tenants need to move out of our premises (and we hope they won’t!) we’ll make it easy for them. It’s not in our interest to accommodate tenants who don’t want to be here. In the interest of fairness we do ask for a short notice period to give us a bit of time to relet the premises.
Moving on
If we’re doing our job right tenants will want to stay and grow their business with us. We’ll work with our tenants to accommodate and alterations they want to make their premises, or to find new premises for them on our parks.
