The Jennings business parks and business premises, Hampden House, Monument Business Park and The Boundary also offer conference facilities (conference venues / meeting rooms / training rooms) for hire to both residents / tenants of its offices and serviced office accommodation close to the M40 in Chalgrove and Oxford, Oxfordshire, UK.

Future

Jennings of Garsington are focused on:

  • Enabling the growth of our 75+ tenant companies
  • Maintaining and improving the working environment for the benefit of our tenant companies
  • Continued improvement of premises and additions to on-site services

Our business Parks have grown steadily over many years as demand has grown, and to accommodate the expansion of our tenant companies.

This pattern is set to continue.

We have plans to expand Monument Business Park by an additional 50,000 sq t to accommodate growth of tenant companies over the next five years (subject to planning).

We also have plans to develop a new business park on land at Garsington, close to The Boundary Business Park. This is likely to be predominantly offices of various sizes.

We will of course continue to reinvest in our existing developments under our program of continual improvement which has in the last few years seen:-

  1. the implementation of an effective security system to benefit all tenants
  2. an improving environment, with over 15,000 shrubs and 700 trees planted
  3. a variety of usable services encouraged on Monument Business Park, such as a snack bar, a day care nursery, container storage and archiving, car valeting, car servicing, property maintenance.
  4. The implementation and support for a waste recycling scheme.
