Depending on the property, Jennings of Garsington offer simplified short or long term leases, with optional break clauses as required.
We aim to help businesses in the following ways:
- Rent can either be paid quarterly in advance by cheque or monthly in advance by standing order.
- Our leases are in multiples of three years. If you are in doubt about needing to stay in the premises for the whole length of the lease, ask about our lease break clauses.
- If a company needs to move to larger or smaller premises, we do our best to accommodate them elsewhere on the Park.
- Most of the leases are fully repairing, but we will generally help out with exterior maintenance on the older properties.
- We maintain the parks to a high standard and provide a good working environment for both tenants and visitors.
- We generally allow alterations to buildings to suit your business.
- We take the attitude that the lease is there as a back-stop to be used only on formal issues if there is a dispute. Everything else is dealt with by friendly negotiation.
Both of our working directors are also trained business advisors, and are closely involved with local business help organizations.
