We’re friendly and flexible landlords with an approach to our tenants that really stands out.

Our unique style of property management means that for the last 30 years we have been developing real relationships with our tenants and are still doing everything we can to create a relaxed and supportive environment in which everyone can be successful and grow.

There are so many things that we do to support our tenants and enhance where they work, here’s a flavour of what we do:

Economic sustainability

Our bulk purchase stationery scheme (the first ever, we believe) allows tenants to enjoy the sort of discounts normally reserved for large businesses.

Environmental sustainability

From water recycling to automatic light sensors, we have tried and tested many environmentally friendly ideas (our latest activity is a courtyard development built from Hemp). We do what we can to enhance the natural environment of which our rural business parks are a part:

  • All of our planting is native species, and much is done to attract insects and birds.
  • Our latest projects include implementing a sustainable drainage scheme (SUDS); creating a lake; enhancing the landscape and providing a pleasant place to picnic.

Social sustainability

From a virtual sports club, to barbecues on the lawn - we do what we can to encourage our tenants to get together in a social environment often with their families too.
